Senior Outside Sales

At Cash & Carry I have improved customer service by building customer relationships, providing timely follow-ups, supplying product knowledge and giving technical support, and developing and implementing other sales techniques. Over my time here I have collaborated with the customer service, engineering, and operations staff to build customer-based solutions for customers. I have been able to work cooperatively and manage complex residential and commercial projects to completion. I have handled customer inquiries, developed new business opportunities, and maintained excellent relationships with existing customers.

In my time as an electrical field worker, I have become proficient with troubleshooting and diagnosis of many different types of electrical systems and components. I have worked with hotel installations, corn and shell fit outs, and many other projects. My wide range of skills and electrical knowledge have been extremely beneficial. I have been able to help customers troubleshoot and determine the best solutions to their electrical problems.

In my years as a commercial field electrical worker, I have improved my customer service skills, as well as my technical aptitude. I am able to work both independently and collaboratively with customers, staff.

Chad DiPilla

Outside Sales

Chad has always had a passion for sales and is thrilled to be part of the team at Cash & Carry. He enjoys building relationships with his customers and serving the surrounding counties. Communication is of utmost importance to Chad and he strives to not only meet but exceed his customer’s expectations. 

Prior to working for Cash & Carry, Chad worked with his Father for many years at DiPilla Brothers, Inc. as a carpenter and in maintenance at a local retirement community. 

Chad is an active member of his church and enjoys serving as a member of the Knights of Columbus. Chad and his wife Tonya have been married since 2019 and have one child, a daughter. In his free time, Chad enjoys spending time with his family, golfing with his friends, hunting in the Fall, and is an avid Philadelphia sports fan. #GoBirds

Schalon McCurry

Inside Sales

Schalon (Sh-ay-lin) is a LS:I certified lighting professional capable of explaining general illumination and recommendation for lighting layouts. With a background in architectural roofing manufacturing, Schalon’s consultations consider even light distribution and ease of installation for the client. Cash and Carry offers creative solutions to lighting problems and always welcomes the challenge.  

Outside of work Schalon enjoys living in Lancaster city with his wife. He spends his personal time traveling around the country and painting. Schalon is a graduate of West Chester University with a bachelor's degree in history and a minor in geography. During his childhood he lived abroad in Africa living in Malawi and Namibia.

Matt Wenger

Senior Inside Sales

As an electrical distribution professional, Matt’s passion is to ensure his customers’ needs are met and they can rely on our products to get the job done. Matt has 20 years of experience in the electrical distribution field, and his solid knowledge in cataloging, order management and payment processing has helped him serve customers in a professional and efficient manner.

Beyond Matt’s professional role, he also has a strong commitment to the community. He is an active member of Warwick Little League Lititz, PA, serving as a parent coach whenever needed. Additionally, he is a member and Kids Ministry teacher at Lititz Grace Family Church, where he mentors and bring smiles to children from all religious backgrounds.
